Group Workshops

Would you like to have me facilitate an in-person HeartRise workshop within your community, workplace or for a group of loved ones?

Workshops can be offered as a one-off introduction to the method, as well as a series of recurring weekly meditations for your group, where a different theme is explored at every session. For reference, group programs typically last 8 to 12 weeks but the duration can be adjusted depending on your group’s needs.
