Emily is a creative soul specializing in the art of sacred sound, and her intention is to hold loving space for others to come home to themselves.

Her own healing journey has brought her to taste the medicine of BEING and is now an integral part of what she carries forth into her work. Through her compassionate guidance and gentle empowerment, she invites us on a journey to see beyond the conditioning of the mind and to meet with the truth of one’s heart.

When we are calm and relaxed, we are clear. We become able to develop a practice of self-knowledge and awareness, and begin accessing the ressources existing within. From this space which is anchored in the heart, we can make decisions based on our own truth and wisdom.

We have all experienced a certain degree of conditioning due to our upbringing and culture, and if we so choose, we can peel back those layers to meet with our authentic nature. There is no right or wrong — simply a path to walk. Our work is to love our being through the layers and wounding until we meet with the Sovereign Self.

It is a continuous work in progress that requires courage but ultimately leads to a more joyous, loving, and harmonious life, filled with infinite potential and self-realization.
